When account is not connected we will not present optional fields (ie. Change on the server and Confirm password) as password is changed only locally, ie. due to invalid password.

Additionally, I've improved "onboarding" process by checking account details upon clicking on "Log in" button but before saving account details. That should make this process more user-friendly.
