Add advanced option to always display xmlconsole and service discovery items (#275)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 4 years ago Currently it's required to press `alt` key in order to show them. However, it would be nice to add option (advanced section) to display them always.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 4 years ago I've added a new option called `Show advanced XMPP features`. For now it unlocks only service discovery and xml console but more features may be later on enabled by this switch.
