Add advanced option to always display xmlconsole and service discovery items (#275)

Currently it's required to press alt key in order to show them. However, it would be nice to add option (advanced section) to display them always.

I've added a new option called Show advanced XMPP features. For now it unlocks only service discovery and xml console but more features may be later on enabled by this switch.
