Application crashes on start (#272)

The issue is only on macOS 10.14 (Mojave) and when BeagleIM is not in the Applications directory. I do thing this is worth investigation, as it looks like internal code of Apple framework is crashing.

I was affected by it before when testing from dropbox. Currently, using homebrew I haven't run into it.

We could try investigating it.

User was using MacPorts to install BeagleIM. I have no idea how that works.
