If channel name/description is present then it should be used in conversations list (#271)

Currently it displays channel-id which is not very user friendly.

It looks like the name was not updated in the "merged" list of chats as name property was not properly overwritten. I've fixed that and now channel name is updated properly. Before, it started to work after disconnection and reconnection to the server.
