If channel name/description is present then it should be used in conversations list (#271)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 4 years ago It looks like the name was not updated in the "merged" list of chats as `name` property was not properly overwritten. I've fixed that and now channel name is updated properly. Before, it started to work after disconnection and reconnection to the server.
