Contact add form doesn't have correct state for presence subscription request (#267)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 4 years ago Steps: enable presence request / send in option open "add contact window" (either via cmd+2 or from `(i)` menu for unknown contacts) and extend advanced section expected: in the "add contact window" options should follow general preferences/settings.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 4 years ago I've added a missing code to propagate settings from global to the checkboxes available in the add contact window.
