Contact add form doesn't have correct state for presence subscription request (#267)

Steps:

enable presence request / send in option
open "add contact window" (either via cmd+2 or from (i) menu for unknown contacts) and extend advanced section

I've added a missing code to propagate settings from global to the checkboxes available in the add contact window.
