Can't join room from Service Discovery (#265)

Steps:

Open Service discovery
Navigate to MUC component and select any room and click join (in disco window)
In the new dialog type nickname

What happens: join button in dialog is disabled

Expected: I should be able to click join after entering nickname.

The issue was related to not checking if entry in the field nickname has changed. It is fixed now.
