Add Homebrew tap for beagle and beta releases (#214)

(context: https://github.com/tigase/beagle-im/issues/13) Homebrew is the de-facto package manager for macOS.

  • Add tap for beagleim and beagleim-beta
  • Add info to beagleim repository about tap availability
  • Create article (announcement of the tap and short into how to use brew) (in #pr-53)
  • information on social media (in #pr-53)

There is a slight problem with "beta" variant for the moment…

Given that everything works now:

I think we can switch from using dropbox to homebrew for the purpose of testing beta versions of BeagleIM - what do you thing @kobit
