Well, I think that you could do that by using "Settings"/"Actions" button in the groupchat view and then clicking on "Manage affiliation". User with affiliation of outcast is banned...
It is, but then you have to add JID of that user, which it's impossible to know in Beagle...
At any rate - it works, sets correct affiliation, but it seems there is an issue with our MUC: #acsmuc-22
