Limit display of room topic. (#203)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 5 years ago I'm not sure that there is a point in doing anything like that as in the case of MIX (to which we would like to migrate to) there is no such thing as `topic`. Most likely we will add some features like that but it is not in the core specification. I would just go with limiting topic/subject to 2-3 lines (even without hover).
