Timestamp tooltip should not be "persistent" (#185)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 5 years ago Steps to reproduce: hoover over single message for 2-3s to bring up tooltip move to different message What happens: timestamp tooltip appears instantaneously for each message until the cursor moves out of chat area Expected result: each time we should have same 2-3s delay to show tooltip.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 3 years ago That is macOS behaviour and there is nothing we can do about it.
