No way to tell with which of my accounts the chat is open (#17)

I have a few different XMPP accounts active on the client. When a chat opens with somebody, there is no way of knowing with this of my accounts the chat is open.

Added information in the same way as in the client on the iOS ("from account...") in the message placeholder.

Issue fixed in 1.1 and in 2.0. Both versions have the same changes so you can see the outcome in 2.0.
