For some reason in two rooms (conversations@conference.siacs.eu and xmpp-sprint@chat.cluxia.eu) every use has same avatar. It seems that the avatar is actually "room avatar" so should be displayed in the titlebar next to room name.

Moreover, participants avatars are not displayed/retrieved at all.
