Known own keys list is not updated. (#133)

When I publish OMEMO keys on one device (Android) (in order: bundle, devicelist) then on Beagle (the same account) I cannot see this key on other devices list. When I start encrypted chat from Android to third JID, then Beagle start to show key from Android device.

As we discussed and tested with @bmalkow, it looks like there was an issue and there is no issue any more without any changes on the BeagleIM or tigase.org side. Looks like this could be some connectivity or packet delivery issue or delay. For now I'm closing this issue as there is nothing more we can do at this point.
