Can't remove account (#114)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 5 years ago Steps to reproduce: select account in options (account is inactive) click [-] in next windows "remove from application" (btw it would be nice to add account name to the confirmation dialog...) Nothing happens.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 3 years ago I've added account JID to the account removal confirmation dialog and verified that error is reported if there is any issue with accessing Keychain.
