Can't remove account (#114)

Steps to reproduce:

  • select account in options (account is inactive)
  • click [-]
  • in next windows "remove from application" (btw it would be nice to add account name to the confirmation dialog...)

Nothing happens.

I've added account JID to the account removal confirmation dialog and verified that error is reported if there is any issue with accessing Keychain.
