Add support for configuring TURN server (#109)

Currently, VoIP connections are working fine, however, in some cases, it is not possible to establish connection correctly. Due to that, it would be good to be able to specify TURN server connection details so that we could verify if adding TURN server will solve those connection issues.

With support for XEP-0215 External Service Discover I think that we no longer need this feature.
