Currently the weekly issue flow graph shows created and closed counts only. Add a third "started" series derived from IssueAuditEntry records where changeDescription matches "Status: * -> IN_PROGRESS". Requires new IssueAuditEntryRepository query, IssueFlowPointDto field addition, and frontend chart update.
