The current issue creation form has the following usability concerns:

1. Description field is relatively small.
2. Two-column layout reduces readability.
3. Reporter field is located in the right column.
4. Description field appears before some important fields.

Proposed Improvements

• Remove right-hand column.
• Move Reporter field to main column.
• Convert form to single-column layout.
• Increase Description field height.
• Move Description field to the bottom of the form.

Rationale

Users tend to focus heavily on the description field. Placing it at the end ensures all other metadata fields are completed before writing detailed content.

A single-column layout improves readability and usability.
